I am so very content. It doesn't mean life is easy or without changes, but it is nice to be in a space where things just leave me content.

I went roller skating today. It took a while, but everything came back. Maybe slower without as much dash, but it felt so good going around in circles on the wooden floor, the pipe organ playing old standards.

Been content recently?

Yeah, alot lately. Its a wonder because so much is wrong, yet deep inside, everything is right.

Your av is exceptional.

That sounds like so much fun, Buttons.

Today, I took the kids and the dog for a long walk up in the mountains.....it was good, muddy fun for all! Fresh, crisp air, tall pine trees, snow still on the ground in some places.

That was very nice.

Thank you intrigued. I only post it occasionally, but since I am content, I thought I would share myself, too.

I am so glad you found a contented moment, Ruby. We have to take them where we can get them, don't we?

I have had few times when something wasn't tearing at me. This is one of the good times of my life.

Ah.

i can't ever remember a time in my life where i've been so consistently content. there's no particular reason that i can think of but i've worked hard over the last ten years or so to simplify and gain total control of my life and it's definitely been worth it.

unclej, I do think that simplify plays a big role in contentment. Doing something a person loves. I know having attainable personal goals helps. Maybe just being older is part of it, too.
