HIall.. yes,im L5P's SO... but, something amazing happened today, and we wanted you all to celebrate with us!

L5P is in the navy, and today found out that he finally made rank to First Class Petty Officer {E-6} hes been trying for 3 years, and finally made rank...

to those of you non-mils, he is now at the point where they cant kick him out for not advancing. so, hes got a definate career {yeh, i so spelled it carrier the first time i wrote it LOL} for the next 11 years... YAY! this also comes with a hefty pay raise! YAY!

Just wanted to share our happiness with you all!

oh btw... have to tell you how he told me... i was napping... he had called but i didnt anser... so when he got home... he RAN up the stairs.... leapt on the bed,and i woke up to him jumping up and down on the bed... as soon as he realized i was awake, he screamed, "I MADE FIRST CLASS!!!!" {A rude way to wake up, even tho it was really good news.... and i have to admit, he scared the piss out of me.. }

yeh, i kinda like it too actually... silly names yes.. but its us...lol.. and yes, we're one of those annoying couples that are still completely "into" each other, even tho we've been married for 7 years etc.... so having the matching names works really well for us...lol... i suppose i could be worried about losing my identity as myself, yadda yadda.. but, im a semi-professional photographer, so i get enough exposure as it is.. u know? its nice when im home, to be able to be part of a team

i like guiness too...though i wish it had just a slight bit of carbonation. is a great component in a black & tan too.

being married is AWESOME... jsut think, i always have extra pillows to steal from him @ night... theres someone to take out the trash, and if im lucky, to change the REEEEAAALLLLYYY nasty diapers on the little one... lol...

i always have someone thats interested in what i did today.... i grew up in a very well... drama filled environment with lots of people that couldnt look past the fact that i needed to lose weight {yeh, i heard, but you have such a pretty face for 18 years straight--- i HATE that line} and then i met my husband, and well, he liked me for me,- for who i am, and who i will be... u know? i cant remember off the top of my head who said it, but the thing about the biggest organ you make love with being your brain, is SO true! knowing that i have somebody thats supporting me {yeh, fledgling photog-- its a rough buisness} and is pretty much willing to do whatever needed to help me? what a rush! plus, hes given me 2 gorgeous boys {yes, my boys ARE gorgeous... a bit ill behaved, but gorgeous} lol, i live in a great area... beautiful, away from my fuckin nuts family... {i could tell STORYS! to the point, no one would believe me! } and i get to live with a wonderful man. what more can a girl ask for... lol, the little bit i have to do..what,, cook clean... hehe, and give him lots of good luvin' lol yeh, i can do that... Marriage to THE RIGHT PERSON is a blast... yestheres been hard times too... lol, just read back over some of our older posts, but, with work, and communication, its been a hell of a ride, and i love every day!
