ICT today was a truly awful day at work and when the day was done I just kept thinking to myself how nice it would be to have someone to hold me when I got home, someone to talk to and unload with, someone to take me away from the stress of day to day shit with a nice night of wine and romance ....

Instead I came home, did the dishes, took out the trash, vacuumed the floor, then opened a bottle of wine and watched a movie...alone...

And I confess that it makes me sad but I'm ok, it is what it is and in the end the only person I need, is me...screw relationships, I've been taking care of myself for a long time now and that's just fine.
