Women who defend this country should expect to get raped as a matter of course,
as routinely as wearing a uniform and getting up early?

Men who defend this country are monsters who can't stop themselves
from raping women in close proximity, and shouldn't be expected to?

During a segment about new rules regarding women in the military, Fox News contributor Liz Trotta attacked
the Department of Defense for increasing spending on support programs for victims of sexual assault.

Liz Trotta's attitude-

Trotta: "Now, what did they expect? These people are in close contact," she told anchor Eric Shawn.

SHAWN: Well, many would say that they need to be protected, and there are these sexual programs, abuse programs, are necessary—

TROTTA: That's funny, I thought the mission of the Army, and the Navy, and four services was to defend and protect us,
not the people who were fighting the war.

SHAWN: Well, you certainly want the people fighting the war to be protected from anything that could be illegal.

TROTTA: Oh, look, I mean, that's—nice try Eric. This whole question of women in the military has
not been aired properly, and it's the great sleeping giant.

The issue is pretty basic: Societies with female warriors go extinct. You can do the math to see what dead females cost their tribes.

Projecting Ms. Trotta's opinion forward excuses any abuse against a woman by any man, anywhere.

After all, if that secretary were home safe were she belonged instead of working in a fancy office then her boss wouldn't have thrown her across his desk and had his way with her. She was asking for it, wearing shoes, leaving the house in that slutty business casual dress. Who can blame the poor man?

The most unbelievable part is when she talks about women who complain about being raped "too much". Exactly how many rapes should women tolerate before they start to consider filing a report?

I'm pretty sure there were compassionate conservatives, once, back in the 1960s or further . . . They all seem to have been driven out of the movement.
