Cool! Let's see got my degree in computer art. More or less in the interactive design/broadcast design areas. I'm currently looking to haul my butt to either New York or LA to look for jobs.

I thought I was not going to graduate actually this year. I almost gave it all up a year ago because I was sick of school back then. But I kind of bit myself and went through with it.

It's kinda a long story...Bottom line I didn't think that my place was on the boards...kinda like I didn't belong anymore...but more to it...I needed to get some stuff straight in my dating life and Lit wasn't helping...

Hey don't worry. I think that we all get too overwhelmed sometimes and need a break once in a while. I've been through that situation. Had to take a year off and do nothing but travel and visit places. And I guess that dating is quite a task as well. It's a tough crowd out there. And I think that Lit is a great hang out place but just need to talk to the right people. Not trying to sell myself off here but just drop me a line anytime (PM or e-mail).

well, two of my classes end on august 10, and the one that i haven't even started yet ends august 22, and then i have a tiny break before doing my pre-autumn experience, which is kind of like student teaching only before that...and then i'm back into the regular school year again...

That doesn't sound like you are going to get any rest. My normal school year is about the same we have about 3 weeks between summer ending and autumn starting. My class loads are 5 credit hours and we run in quarters. You must have the term end about every 10 weeks?

This sounds like it's your last school year right? That's good to have a year where you can relax a bit. Can't have too many classes all the time.

I understand the workflow problem! Yeah there are quite a few nice beaches, you have the barrier islands outside of Charleston and then of course you have the party town of Myrtle Beach. In fact I will be down there next week at the Firemans Convention.
