Stuck buying your same o same o cup of joe at Starbucks? Do you travel for work or fun and find yourself in a city where you want to get a great cup and dont know where to do? Buy coffee online? Addicted to coffee? This thread is for you!

So use this thread to submit recommedations on either what you like, what you dont, where you had a great cortado or espresso, where online you can find a great deal, what city has the best cup, you name it!

Happy to start off by saying, I have family in Portland OR which is known for offering many high quality cups of coffee. Stumptown Coffee is from there, has exploded all over the country and definitely enjoy their coffee. Water Ave also makes a great cup, also from Portland.

Glasgow in Scotland has some amazing roasters, I’d highly recommend Gordon St coffee and their blonde roast espresso l. If you ask for the CybMorg special, you’ll get a funny look and potentially asked to leave. So don’t.

I’m coffee addicted - my daily is Cafe Du Monde from New Orleans. I get it 6 cans at a time from Bezosmart (Amazon) I drink my coffee pitch black and love the bitterness the chicory adds.

Traveling I’ll get Starbucks Pike’s or Dark Roast and occasionally Mocha.

There is a little roaster in Sawyer, MI Called Infusco I grab if I’m passing through - thats a mile from my childhood home and I know the brewer in town…

Ferangi Chocolat, Old San Juan, Puerto Rico

Such a great balance of coffee and Chocolate.

I'll second this about Stumptown! Not from PDX, but I do get through there and like their brew. Another place is, or was, not sure if they are still around, Arbor Lodge Coffee up on Rosa Parks Way.

Central of us...north central
Berries Brothers, not only do i enjoy their coffee. I served with one of the owners.

For the most part I make my own coffee. I buy the LaVazza beans, grind them fresh, and make the coffee. I have a friend that does the exact same thing and for some reason, his is just better

do you own a roaster or use a popcorn machine for it? I have a friend that used to use a popcorn machine, but now buys the green beans and roasts himself with an actual machine...
