Not every time civilians are killed in war is a "genocide".Whee! Okay, I realize now I might have been a lil bit condescending (I tend to think the best of people, ya see). I apologize.
Maybe you weren't wildly misinformed; maybe you were misinforming, wildly.
There has been no “debunking” of reported Palestinians fatalities. The Jerusalem Post willfully misread the monthly UN Palestinian fatalities report and convinced soggy middlebrow western news orgs to run with their spin for a news cycle. Now that the cycle is over, everybody’s pretending they didn’t say nuthin. Whistlin up their doo-dahs and such.
It’s all right here...
How many times does this have to happen? Infinite? I’d blame Israel if its propaganda wasn’t so instantly demonstrably morbidly hilariously orwellishly false. At this point you gotta blame the consumer. Cuz, I mean, who would take comfort in “only” 7900 dead Palestinian children?
Of course, genocide denial in the face of mountains of corpses has become the new…same old thing it’s always been.
The Arab population of Palestine has increased five-fold since the founding of Israel. Israel is not now, and has never attempted to commit genocide.
Meanwhile, Hamas explicitly calls for the extermination of the Jews in their charter. They're too weak to pull it off, but accusing Israel of genocide in Gaza is a transparent attempt to whitewash the genocidal intent of the terrorists they're fighting against.
