If I started a thread and notice that are no responses or the responses have stopped, can I close it?

No, you can't. Only a moderator can do that, and typically it isn't done unless the contents are offensive or there is some valid reason a thread originator wants the thread closed. Mods also have the ability to remove threads as well, but I've only seen this happen rarely.

If you are getting little to no response, the thread will eventually drop from sight and no longer be an issue. If the thread has been highjacked, you might want to speak to the moderator about possibly locking it.

THANKS. No, it hasn't been hijacked, so I can look forward to slipping into obscurity

Maybe I should find it and bump it up just for the fun of it. Hehe.

No that won't be necessary. I don't have a problem saying that it was my first post on the personals forum. I was looking for a BBW domme

and another one introducing myself to everyone on the Playground forum

ya'll are so bad

Ahh... Good luck.

I'm scrawny and submissive so I won't do... Not that you wanted to know. *g*
