I tried it. They work by using a small slide to adjust it. It was difficult for my bf to get the tension/pressure right and either it was too loose or painful. It was like OMG take if OFF NOW!!!!

I use a clitoral clip that is non-piercing. It does not have a slide or any other mechanism. It is shaped similar to a bobby pin. It is made of a piece of stainless wire about the thickness of a wire coat hanger and bent in the middle so it has a tight loop at one end and the two blunt ends are curled into eyes. It about an inch and a half long, so. The eyes are for holding onto and spreading the clip. You don’t use it to actually clip the clitoris directly—if that were the case, I would never be able to endure it. The idea is to lightly clip the female genitalia area and allow the sensations to follow. I spread the clip open holding the eyes downward so the closed loop is up. I have to use a mirror to do it if by myself. I place the opened clip just inside the outer lips but against the edges of the inner lips and the loop at the top is over the clitoral hood. I slowly release the eyes so the clip closes back up and “holds” the hood and lips. The eyes are down below my sex, at the bottom of my sex. It takes practice. The first time I fumbled around with it, and my bf had to help me get it in place. It feels very weird at first, but all that fumbling (especially with someone else’s help) also feels very sexy (once you get past the initial laughing). If it is too tight (start feeling numbness), I take it off and stretch the clip open a little to relieve its tension, then put it back on. The real benefit is after your sex learns to accept this weird foreign object holding it like that. I attach things to the eyes, like short strings of beads. The first time, my bf and I went for a walk on the beach at Lake Erie (no underwear, of course). The beads dangled against my inner thighs—very sexy. The sensation of having my sex held like that and then the vibrations of the dangling beads are impossible to describe. It had me begging my bf to finish our walk and find some privacy. We don’t use the clip often, because I am a little sore afterwards. It is fun to experiment with, trying various pressures, and especially variations of danglers. I have seen but ony tried once a nipple ring for non-pierced nipples. It looked kind of like one of those headbands that is all zig-zagged and depending on how much you pull on it & the size of your nipples the tension is different for everyone.

A friend of mine uses a website called Hidden Delights ... it's a UK based company so I have never pychased fomr them but would love some of their products.
The big plus is that they sit close to yoru body so you can wear them without them being noticed under your clothes..
