Congratulations, KO! You finally got one right. Firing a black employee, without "cause" (at least in an "employment-at-will" state) is not an inherent FACT of illegal discrimination. Discrimination would need to be shown by other evidence in order for it to be actionable.

The EXACT SAME is true for yours and every other liberal nutbag's categorically absurd contention that the mere FACT of firing James Comey constitutes the CRIME of an obstruction of justice.

I quoted the relevant statute (18 USC 1505) by which anyone, including the President, could be guilty of a criminal obstruction of justice. It stipulates a necessary mens rea as a threshold element to the crime. Here is that language:

Whoever corruptly, or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication influences, obstructs, etc....

The mere fact of the exercise of the lawful authority of firing a subordinate BY an employer does not rise to the level of corruption or illegal "threat" or "force," nor does the President's exercise of lawful authority to advise anyone in the Department of Justice, including the Director of the FBI, as to the advisability of declining to prosecute a specific case or suspect.

But I'm still waiting for your brilliant superior legal knowledge to cite the appropriate statute or case law that proves me wrong.

They are just stories for the public, or were all hooks used in order to try bringing an adversary down.
And I'm certain that if Hillary corresponded with Russia, these accusations wouldn't have existed.
