Haven't been in therapy for a bit but I do visit their facility and use the fitness equipment 2-3 times a week. The days I don't go I do the exercises my therapist gave me. Just something I have to do.

I just watched Charlie Brown and The Great Pumpkin. Ok so I'm a kid at heart. Watching it like when I was a child, on network TV ~ commercials and all. It does take me back.

And just saw a wal-mart ad for Christmas.....on the bright sidde I can start playing christmas music without getting weird looks in my house.
