I got there a day early just to feel more comfortable with the situation.
I do remember Friday morning, I'm trying to get moving, I was sitting at my laptop with wet hair in a towel and I get a private message from Red. She said she was in the room across the hall - c'mon over and get acquainted!
It was the perfect start to the weekend!
I still have the name tags I made for last year!
But I have a feeling we may actually need them this time out.
And it was a pleasure getting acquainted with you. 
Name tags... it may seem corny to some, but if all the folks coming do come and we meet in one room for a while then I think it is a good idea. Perhaps a picture of their favorite avatar next to their Lit name, with their real first name underneath.

An ice breaker for the party Friday night ... put all of the name tags into a hat and as people enter and pay, have them grab a tag from the hat. They put it on and on your "command"
... we all have to figure out who belongs to the name tag we have.
