I tried the chat rooms earlier, but no one was really chatting. Is it okay to PM someone in the chat room with out permission?

Depends on the person. You'd probably be okay with a friendly, introductory PM that doesn't ask for something. You can usually get an idea of whether or not someone's into cybering and the like with random people by reading their profile and checking out post history, so I'd suggest doing that before you start PMing.

The best way to get anything is to get involved in the forums, letting people see your personality and forging friendships. Don't treat Lit like a free sex buffet, or the members like they're here for your pleasure. Guys like that who PM us for pics, cybersex and the like without putting any effort into participating (or only posting in AmPics) or checking out who we are first are a dime a dozen.
