It seems painfully obvious to me is that social media—including unTruth Sociopath—continues to spread misinformation and that the First Amendment is a “major block” in stopping the spread of this shit because idiots gonna idiot, but they are protected by the Bill of Rights to do so.

The change he’s referring to is putting safeguards into place to prevent the spread of misinformation without curtailing a citizen’s right to free speech. The Zucks and the Leons of the social media landscape only care about revenue (well Zuck anyway, because X is now where cash goes to die).
