Mrtouf - Your idea is a good twist. Maybe the heels have a drug-like effect with the highs getting higher and the lows getting lower with each sexual encounter.

Here's something to think about if you wanted to write an ongoing, chaptered story. What if the magic of those shoes is parasitic, the wearer feels great for a while but then they fall sick. So the shoes stop working until a new 'host' puts them on.

I would run with it but I'm already juggling two stories and illness.
