This is a phenomenon I have yet to get my head around. One follows around another poster and kisses their ass or just posts about stalking them.

I dont see how that is stalking in the actual sense of the word but furthermore I fail to see how this is an enjoyable pasttime. It seems like the last gasp of some horribly bored people.

Perhaps I miss the bundles of fun in such activity.

sometimes when i see a poster is in the "zone" with posting interesting or funny posts if i see they have replied on another thread i'll go and look at their post even if im not interested in the thread ... sometimes this gets me reading a thread i normally wouldn't which can be good

but i'd never call it stalking i don't exactly like that word either

to me... its a case of following a person, either badly (like i do), or in the fashion you described.

At the very least, it can be fun :)

Quickduckk, this wasnt intended as a retort to your thread. Your thread merely brought the disturbance back into my head.

On a sidenote, stop kicking ass in fantasy football, you bastard!

LOL Which explains why I don't have a fantasy league. Or perhaps someone "bribed" me to help you make the choices you did.

Speaking of fantasy football, Favre is choking again tonight.

What is is with the Packers and the Vikings.

*shakes head*

Whatever, twat.

I've occasionally hit the "Search" button to find where certain posters have been so I can follow them. I don't consider it stalking because I have no malicious ulterior motive. To me it's the same as finding out where all a girl's classes where in high school. Which I was also guilty of on a couple of occasions.

On the fantasy football, hope nobody had Michael Vick today. Tampa Bay's D made him their bitch.

It's best to just show up at someone's house to surprise 'em. They always love that.

You don't knock before slipping in their back window, do yah?

I say I am stalking someone when I happen to notice that I've posted in their proximity in a pattern. It's the person I'm paying attention to at the moment due to timing. It feels stalkingish, so I joke about it.

Blowing sunshine, though? only when I'm feeling unctuous.

tell me when you get close enough to catch me <grin>
