Like this but with thicker hair and shorter horns. I hated how they did the Satyrs in that movie. The ears looked just silly!

Loth, I'll keep Helandil on a string for when everything calms down a bit. You're right, the OOC alone can cause hemorrhaging in the most laid back folks.
Thinking I'd like to see some direction or at least planning for where this thread is going to go, personally.
Ghost, you really shouldn't post anyone else's thoughts/reactions without speaking to the person who is writing the character you're "using" first. It will save you a lot of editing.

Description: Despite the everpresant cane at her side, the elfwoman carries herself with a resilient, vertical dignity that seems more a by-product of noble
ancestry than any kind of conscious effort. Unlike most elves, however, she is small of form and frail of stature due to a series of severe injuries that left her bones broken and mangled. Regardless of her small size, she is a commanding presance with a dominating personality.
Swathed in airy layers of black silk, the tenebrous, veiled figure seems to float as she moves, a grace the byproduct of her race. Radiant white hair traces the contours of her back, stopping a few inches above her waist, descending from the dark unkonwn that a black veil provides. Misty silk covers the delicate and eternally youthful features of her face, a transparant veil of inky black held onto her head by a whisper thin circlet. Hers is a waifish beauty. The beauty and intense hunger of the weak starved for strength. Visible through the veil are eyes that show this, glowing like clean silver coins in strong light. Her hair is cut shortly across them, bangs covering her forehead. Also seen are her lips, the top sharp and angled, the bottom full and lush, the pink of coral set into a firm line. A platinum holy symbol hangs from a chain about her neck, nestling into the airy fabric of her robes, while she stands with an iron determination. Platinum jewelry adorns her wrists and fingers, an obvious and intentional display of wealth and power. A jeweled insignia ring is larger than the others; a platinum scorpion embedded with an amethyst and house crest. The metal figure of the scorpion encircles her finger and appears to be digging into the skin.
Backstory: She is first and foremost a priestess within an all-woman cult to the goddess of dark magic. She has left the order to ensure that the dark gifts are being properly taught.
She is a teacher of Necromancy and Divination, the two often overlapping in many places.
Her past is mysterious, but there are rumors that she is descended somehow from "great betrayers" who seek vengeance for their unjust punishment. There are also rumors that she has children somewhere, but does not see them.
Of her past injuries, she does not speak.

Some yes, some no. I'd say generally its frowned upon. I don't know if it is here or not.

Yeah Necromancy usually is because it requires the use of dark arts and rising and controlling people once dead is considerd by many to be immoral because I mean how would you feel is your dead mother is suddenly walking around?
