A 50% drop is pretty standard for a highly anticipated movie where a lot of people rushed to see it immediately. 70% is where you'd start to wonder if they were being hurt by bad word of mouth, but that obviously isn't happening.

The numbers for Captain Marvel through two weekends are very similar to those for Guardians Part II, which made close to $400 million.
