Can't set user image

I can't seem to set my user image in https://www.literotica.com/my/#/user/profile
I'm trying to use this fairly innocuous picture of a mouse:
I click on the image, then upload the picture, and see "User avatar uploaded successfully and waiting for moderation." but the picture never shows on my profile. It's been days.

I only wish I could do ANYTHING in my Control panel! Keep getting the Internal Server Error message constantly! Tried clearing cache, history, cookies etc, tried different browsers but nothing. The only way I can even get here is through an email link...
Was able to get into it ONCE but not since... I know I am far away...but really?

I would not dare touch settings. I lost Lit for a year.

They have had problems with the forums every since they updated them a few weeks back. I am not sure if they have approved of your image yet. It may be an internal error with the site itself not displaying your chosen image yet.

For myself to get "logged in" I have to log in then go to the forums and click different threads. Eventually it will log me in. But if I let it set for too long I have to go through it all over again.
