Cannot Upload Art

I tried to submit an artwork using the New Art button on my author page, under the Erotic Art category. Entered 'Add Illustration', then I opened the file browser and selected the file in question; it is a PNG (supported format, per the message on the same screen), and about 808kb (under the 2MB limit also listed on the screen). After I select the target file and click 'Open', I return to the Add Illustration window, but no file is selected, and any option that is not 'Cancel' is grayed out. I can never actually attach the file. I've reopened the saved draft work several times and the same thing happens.

Checking the 'Erotic Art' category, it seems that the last work published was in April. Is this a known issue? Is there any workaround? Is there another way of getting art uploaded?

Okay, tried again today and it worked this time. Not sure if problem was on my end and if so what it was, to my knowledge I didn't change anything other than routine automated Windows updates going through; but the piece is pending now.
