Can I correct a typo in submitted story?

I have been alerted to a dreadful typo in a story I have published and want to change it. How can I do this?
Sorry if this is covered in a 'Sticky' somewhere.

Yes, you can.

It generally takes around the same length of time for the edited version to replace the old version as it did for the story to post the first time round - about 3 days.
