Now is here, large beauty is yours, and the world is at your door. Make it happen.

But, there is a question...

*in a sing song voice* Oh BC, you newbie you, you need to clean out your pm box to make room for more. :rose:

She's so fat she's beautiful?

I tend to see inner not outer beauty...I also like to see a persons eyes...I'm usually a good judge of character by what they reveal...after all they are the window to the soul...

No bustin' necessary. Walk right in anytime. I heard the same thing too from my family. Really screwed with my head. I find it very hard to believe now that any guy would find me attractive and at the same time I am becoming more and more convinced that I have missed some interest from men simply because I didn't pick up on it. :rose:

Boy can I relate to what you've said!! And although I have lost a lot of weight, and I now have guys telling me all the time, that I am pretty and sexy, and all the things that a woman longs to hear all her life... I still find it very hard to see myself that way. I still have all the stigma attached in my mind yet I guess. And I can't seem to shake those feelings.

I remember once years ago, when I was heavier, and my sister and I were on the phone. She started to talk about someone else that was a bigger girl. And she went on and on and on... about how she looked, and why didn't she do something about it etc... etc.. we all know the drill.

I listened for awhile, and all of a sudden I was sobbing. She immediately asked me what was wrong, and I couldn't even hardly get words out. But I asked her.... "when you talk like that, how do you think that makes me feel?" She was shocked at my question. She said "oh no.. no... I was not talking about you." But yet, to me, in a sense she was, because she thought that way about the other girl, so I knew she had to see me that way also, and it was only because I was her sister, that she could see me differently.

People who are thin, can't possibly understand what someone that has to struggle with their weight, all their lives, has to go through. All the remarks that we live with, the little digs, and sneers. And although they are not always said to us, or even about us, we still feel them as sharp as a knife in our own back.

My sister then made a comment to me that I've never forgotten, and the answer I fired back at her that day, I think changed the way that she looks at others now today. She said to me... "You have nothing to cry about... my gosh you are so smart and such a wonderful caring person - I envy you!!" My reply to her was: "SO - big deal.... who would ever know how smart I was, because NO ONE ever gets that far to find out!!!"

Many people will not even take the time to take a second look, or to get to know a person. So they never get to see those attributes that are really the essence of who we really are. (Because beauty is only skin deep.... and it is the inner character, wisdom, knowledge, compassion, and heart of a person that provides the substance of the beautiful woman that exist within!!)

Sorry that this is so long.... guess I just needed to vent. Because too many people out there, just don't have a clue as to the trials that we undertake each and every minute of the day!!

Thanks for listening.

I think you summed it up quite well.

There are people who will give that first look, but that are usually those closest to you or have some pressing need to spend time with you.

At any rate, I think your words were beautiful and I hope others read them and give them some thought :)

I think we all can relate to that ... I see men look at me and wish they could look past my exterior and get to know whats on the inside...but our society has made that almost a pipe dream with their constant barrage thin anorexic models...
This weekend only went to prove my point...my best friend (bless her heart...I love her to death) is one of those gals...shes 5'2"..long blond hair, green eyes, the cheerleader type...and a guy was talking to me but as soon as I walked away...he moved right in on my friend. It always seems this way ...when I go out...my freinds get the attention, and no matter how hard I try...I end up going home not meeting anyone...

Its frustrating beyond belief.....giving up has become a viable option at this point...even the men I have met online hold no promise...all talk and no do...

Not all men are like this.. Having been a SKINNY man for many years, (128 pds at 5'11") I didn't get much attention. Then when I started to finally put on weight, I got a little more attention. When I went crazy weight wise and hit 250, I never got attention. BUT...... I paid attention to women of all sizes. Most of the women I have been with have been BBWs. Reason why? They are more passionate and more giving. I find the skinny cheerleader women are too much into themselves and what a man can do for her, instead of her wanting to put anything into the relationship. Now yes a man is going to look because we are drawn to look at women. It is a nature thing. But I always went home with the BBWs because I knew they were more real and not as phoney as the model, cheerleader types.
So no, not all men are into the skinny chicks.

Oh sweetie, you couldn't have put it any better. I can't believe that there are so many men out there that do love BBW's. It just blows my mind.

'TOUCHE.... finally a man with some real insite. And you are definitely right about the Passion, caring and giving part. The model type women are looking for all they can get, because that's what they are used to. We understand how it is out there in the "REAL WORLD!!"

I couldn't agree more...

Thank you ladies,
I am glad you all agree. Many of you know me and know where my heart is on this subject. And having been skinny and having been big... I know how people treat you as well.
I am now around 200 but I still say, I love a woman with cruves then a woman who is thin. They are the most self centered women I have ever met. But a BBW is a REAL WOMAN and someone who is full of real love, real passion and just down and out sexual animalism. And the BBW who is happy with her body and happy with herself is that much sexier.
