That's fun! What parts of the city did you see? Take any pics, Raw?
Sounds like a good time!I took a few. We drove around some of the old and new sports arenas and stadiums, the Fist of Detroit... LOL The Opera House, Fox Theater, the MGM Grand.
Touch-a touch-a touch-a touch me,
I wanna be dirty
Thrill me, chill me, fulfil me
Creature of the night
Oh my goodness! Victoria killed it as Janet last night!Any RHPS fans?
I agree with your comment about Riff Raff!I thought it was awesome. Not a big fan of Riff Raff, I thought the original was much more Rock n roll where he just didn't have the voice for it. And Adam Lambert killed it as Eddie too.

Adam Lambert can do no wrong! His voice! I wish I would have seen him perform when he sang for Queen!
Overall I think they "did good" honoring the classic! I was one of those kids who dressed up and saw RHPS at the theater in h.s and sang obnoxiously!![]()
Tim Curry narrating was amazing! So glad he agreed to it. The costume designer was on point! All the outfits looked amazing!I've never seen it in a theater. I would go, but I live in an area of the world where it's at least an hour drive to catch it and I'm OK with the DVD or Digital version I own.
I was happy to see that they got Tim Curry in it. Can't believe he had a stroke. And I was in my living room doing the Time warp....No alcohol at all.

Seeing it in theater with a bunch of nerds was great! Then again my friends and I dressed up every year for Potter. In case you haven't noticed, I love the cosplay life!
I'm big on Potter and Twilight and such. But not big on dressing up. I went to a Halloween party one year dressed as a biker and I got worst costume since it was already clothes I would always wear anyway.
My ole man always goes as a Baseball player, he's been playing since little league! Fail!![]()
Had one guy go a few yeas back as a "Flasher" he wore a long rain jacket and the head of his dildo stuck out about 4 inches below the coat. It was hilarious until I asked him if he was going to wash it before he gave it back to his wife. She was offended by my statement...I didn't mean anything by it, I just thought if you had a 14 inch very thick dildo you would want to keep it and use it, but apparently...um...no....not nice...
My kids are 5&7, didn't even think twice about letting them watch. They saw it as a halloween musical. Didn't even blink at the adult themes. Kind of how I thought grandpa's M*A*S*H was "just" a war show. I didn't blink over a cross-dressing soldier then either.Ive seen it probably over 50 times at the movies. Own both the US and British DVD's.
I turned it on last night about an hour into it so I missed the whole time warp, wedding and all. What I saw was good. Just don't see the point of a remake when they changed so little. And without the audience participation most of what makes RHPS great is lost. I was saying it but all I was doings making my wife mad. Seems she didn't think the kids should hear the parts I was saying
I love the study place that you picked. It looks very tranquil. How are your weekend plans shaping up?
Here was me thinking that I was busy today! I hope that it all slows down a bit later on today for you.
.Happy Monday!
