You left something kind of important, too.

capricious_chic said:Hello and Good Morning all!
Well then toni I hope you enjoy your weekend! I used to work nights, and one weekend a month - I loved nights, but it works better for my family to work days. Ugh early mornings of getting up when I am used to going to bed.
Hi ya Emmie, I had a fantastic day. I was able to spend some time with a dear friend and my house is clean - life is good. I hope your day is wonderful.
Hello A-man, and welcome!

Ummm ... you've never branched out with me ... so I guess it's not the same ...MindFire said:im trying to branch out cept its with the same people..
Sad to say ... no ...capricious_chic said:So anyone "humping" on hump day? Silly me.. if they were, the wouldn't be here eh?

Toni ... must say your current AV certainly lives up to your name ... oh my yes!tonitits said:Hi everyone! Have a great hump day!

Hi ya A-man - I didn't sleep much last night, so my evening was long. Sadly nothing fun, just insomnia.
SS! I am in a drought as well - damn I wish someone would bring me some.. uhm.. water!

capricious_chic said:Oh toni - I do so understand your plight. How old is your son? I am a single parent as well, two boys. It can be so exhausting and frustrating - yet so uplifting and rewarding at the same time. Finding time for one's self is always difficult - I usually have to take some time now and again or I think I would go nutsybobo. It is never easy though.
Hi ya Emmie - my day has been delightful! I hope yours has been as well.
Hello Mind and welcome! Hopefully there will be people you don't know and haven't met yet to mingle with.
Hi ya rosie! I am fantastic, would only be better if I won the lotto.
I hope all is well with you.
So anyone "humping" on hump day? Silly me.. if they were, the wouldn't be here eh?

So here is the chance. A free for all type of setting giving those who hadn't found a niche or who wanted to "branch out" and meet more people a place to do so.
It can be intimidating to "branch out" and meet new people, as many stay in the same types of threads with people they have become comfortable with and most threads have gotten so long with the same group dynamic it is hard to fit into it after it has went of for thousands of pages.
The first "branching out" thread went really well. It was started almost a year ago, and has grown to intimidating proportions - thus the redux.
So hello to those who would like to branch out and meet someone new - or say hi to someone that they don't post with often but have noticed.
Thanks, I aspire to be a wit someday but they won't let me register to vote as such in this state.MindFire said:im trying to branch out cept its with the same people..LOL
