They seem to be taking over.
It's not just the army of "Horny mistresses seeking new sissys and slaves." Those are annoying, but those "Women" (i.e. Russian/Chinese bots) have always been here (though more than usual lately.)

But now they're clogging my in-box with junk messages.

Simple one word intros, by a typically brand new user with zero forum posts and zero stories on the site, and will initiate a conversation that goes like this:

"Hi. " (Hi. What do you want?)
"How R you? (Fine, I guess.)
"What is your of favorite name call" (sic.) (Uh, just call me by my user name, or better yet, DONT MESSAGE ME!)
(next day) Good morning, how is you day? (sic).

And I'm getting more and more junk messages from obvious AI generated "People."

I appreciate all the moderators do on here. But they can't do everything. So don't take this as a criticism of them. I just am wondering if anyone else is noticing that it seems to be getting worse.

I've been wondering about multiple identical posts showing up from a person who joined on Friday. Does that signal a bot?

Just flagged two with the exact same avatar. Been here 1-2 weeks, anyway following over 100 people.

Had two messages (no one ever messages me) with broken grammar, no posts, but following 200+ each

Did you report the account so they can be removed?
I have not yet done so. Partly because I want to at least try and give people the benefit of the doubt.

But when all they say when they message you is a generic "hi how are you today?" with no context, no (for example) "I saw your post about such and such..." or "I read your story about such and such and connected with it, what inspired you?" well, then I get suspicious right off the bat. I try to draw them out and discover their true motive, but it's usually just inane bot-chat. I will start reporting them from here on though.

The "mistress" posts usually dissappear after a day or so; ToPleaseHim is pretty good about nipping those in the bud so I don't worry about them. It's the junk bots spamming my inbox which I am beginning to find more annoying.
