Booted and Banned by Friends

On Tuesday night, Tsar and I engaged in casual sexaul banter,to which no one voiced a public opinion of disapproval. NFG, deciding he wasn't enjoying the conversation, logged out and re-entered as Friends.

After telling Tsar that we had to take it private, or leave, Friends took it upon himself to boot Tsar. As rule #4 on the log in page states, no chatter will be booted for having cyber sex in the lounge. Point in case, Friends booted Tsar for that very reason.

Some have mentioned Tsar's remarks at Friends, and a resemblence to Hitler, of which was done ONLY AFTER being wrongfully booted. Friends had made up his mind, and despite attempts to have a civilized conversation with him, he continued to boot Tsar.

After a fashion, I too was booted, and when I logged back in , Tsar was there, but NFG/Friends was gone. A short while later, Friends logged back in, and I immediately PM'd him a copy/paste of the rule #4, in Laurel's and Ksss's own words. Friends immediately said that we were banned from Lit, and proceeded to boot us, and ban us.

Literotica....what does the name mean? What is the point of rules, if they only apply to some, and not to all? Tsar and I have both chatted at Lit for approximately a year now, and neither have ever had any problems. The problems in Lit were supposed to have been taken care of, but apparently, a years worth of good behavior amounts to shit, and people are banned for ridiculously stupid things....Did I tell Friends he was being an asshole? Yes, I admit, and yes, Tsar made a reference to Hitler...but what about Tsar's public apology to anyone he may have offended? What about Friends booting solely for the sexual conversation that was public?

Ksss has sided with Friends, and any of you other chatters that she has talked with, that feel Tsar and I deserve to banned. It's pathetic that a site deemed for erotic conversation boots and bans regular members for one incident, and one silly one at that. Had Friends not abused his power, Tsar and I would probably have obliged anyway, as we usually do, and have gone somewhere quiter.

For those of you who do wish to chat with us, you might find us by emailing us. Those of you who think that Tsar and I were out of line, should find a family chat site to visit.

I've never gone into the chat room, and I quit reading your post after the second paragraph, but why did you continue cybering in the lounge? Aren't there rooms for that? If some newbie walked into the chat room, and saw people going at it in the first room, they could very well be overwhelmed/annoyed/turned off to the whole chat room experience. Yes, it's a erotica site, but that means different things to different people. If you're only here for the mindless joy of cyber-sex, then perhaps it's better that you move on to a raunchier site.

Like Mishka I gave up after your second paragraph, we've heard it all before, why not Email the people that you need to? You might find you get answers a little quicker.

I know we all have complaints and all, but we usually complain here mainly because we use the BB ALL the time, who's to say the person that you want to see this is actually going too, what I'm saying is complain to the people that are there for you too complain too, not the BB users.

Sorry, but like I said we've heard this all before, and I'm pretty sure most of us don't even venture over to the Chat Room.

Here is rule #4 from the log in page rules...I find it very convenient you only mentioned part of this rule in your thread.

B) Having cybersex in the lounge (unless it is offensive to the other chatters), although a warning may be issued for them to take it private or to go to another room, to keep the scroll moving and fun for the other chatters. As in all things, please try to be considerate of your fellow chatters.

There were at least 80 chatters in the room when this occurred. 80 chatters makes the scroll move at a very fast paced. From the emails I received, as I stated in my email to you, your little innocent sexcapades were obviously annoying to others in the room.

The CMs are far from perfect. We are all humans, with emotions and feelings like everyone else. When a CM makes a decision, and not everyone is going to agree with this decision, I will do my best to hear all sides. Which I think I did, I read both yours and Tsars emails, talked to the CM responsible, read all of the emails sent to me and talked to all of the people who were available that you listed in your email.

From what I have been told, you were asked to take it private. You in return told the person to shut the hell up. Statements were flung. You were booted, not banned. You both returned, flung a few more accusations around, until the CM had no choice but to ban you. Yes, I side with my CM. When comments are hurled about abuse of power, perhaps you should look and see if you are abusing your powers.

I give my apologies to the BBers. It is not my wish for the chatters to continually bring their woes here.

I can pretty much say that if we were to go into chat and bitch about the BB, we would either be ignored, or we would be flammed.

There are people that are in charge of the chat, Email them you'll probably get further than if you were to come here and bitch.
