If it was as simple as that, there would be no perpetual "spit vs. swallow" debate. Most of sex is in your head, not your pants. Physically, to a guy is it the same whether you spit instead of swallow? Yes. Mentally? No. I just don't find it enjoyable when a girl bolts for the bathroom sink like my cum is vile.
