As I recall, "habit" referred to the entire dress and not just the head covering. Not sure, but it may be related to the French word "habiller" which is a verb meaning to dress.

Okay. Here's the deal guys.

He's NOT going to get banned, no matter what WE want, and no matter how many rules he breaks on the forum. I've spoken to Laurel and she's made it quite clear that even though he IS breaking forum rules in OUR eyes, to her, she doesn't see how disruptive and abusive he is being.

I personally think that he's abusing the system, but our lovely site owners don't feel the same way.

According to them, we should ALL just "ignore" him and hope that the problem goes away.

So....I'd like to ask a favor...out of all of you.

Please, everyone, let's STOP talking about him. Completely. Let's stop mentioning his name, let's stop posting in this thread and ALL his other threads. The people who don't use the ignore function? Well, please, for this board's sake, do so. Break your "code of honor" or whatever it is that's keeping you from using it, and just put him on ignore.

If the WHOLE BOARD can cooperate on this, and COLLECTIVELY pretend that he doesn't exist and never did, then eventually, he will get bored out of talking to himself, and HE WILL GO AWAY.

THE ONLY WAY THIS WILL WORK IS IF EVERYONE WORKS TOGETHER.

We need to do this for the health and sanity of this board.

Oh, *you're* not insisting we agree with you or him about it, but apparently if you don't like it you are fair game for his abusive language and vindictive nastiness about your mental health.

My mental ignore willpower and iggy button are working for me - I find the whole thing highly *irritating* but I don't feel the need to feed his victimization complex in any way. I can get with the program if the free for all tendencies of lit side with BLoved in this case.
