Black bean traditionalist tamales vs. white cheese revisionist tamales

I love the lady that cleans my house. Not because of her mad cleaning skills, but because when she see my freezer is low on tamales she fills that shit back up with a quickness and just adds it to the bill.

Girl can cook her ass off.

Love me some Mexican food. New Mexican, Mexican food being the best of all...

White cheese is cheese that is white not yellow. :)

Asiago, feta and mozzarella fall under white cheese.

My favourite Wensleydale is white. Hard and crumbly too.

I've come to the conclusion that I've never had a tamale.

I wonder if that's an option around here. We're stating to get some hipster food truck action in the area, so maybe there...

white cheese is found in traditional mexican tamales.

tamales de rajas con queso uses a small piece of monterey cheese and peppers as a filling. i've also had tamales made by mixing the masa with loads of queso fresco. these recipes and tamales came from people who spoke no english and were born in mexico. the recipes were passed down through generations. black beans tamales, however, i consider to be whitewashed tamales.

You are 100% completely wrong. Monterey is relatively new and a American "whitewash" thing.
