I don't need one. I can keep my worlds separate and I don't tend to go all crazy and conspiracy theory in any of my worlds.
Tx is asking about a Conspiracy Theory based on what he first wrote. He's not looking for facts, he wants plot bunny theories on the subject. Why do you think this is crazy talk? It's just speculative fun.

Oh yeah, these mutants have sex and then some.
The opening chapter from the original book I still have. It is a stand alone story that sets up the electromagnetic and atomic explosion that starts the whole mutation thing. It also killed off all the characters in the first chapter so I could start fresh in the second.
I posted it here at Lit last week as incentive for me to write for Nano.

This one is already on your computer if you allow shockwave files to play unrestricted on your computer. When I went through the options available in "Prefereces" I discovered the default for "allow shockwave files to access your webcam" is YES -- "allow shockwave to access the internet."
Any of the hundreds of .SWF files used for advertising could be taking your picture.

What cracks me us is that we all think we're so damn interesting and someone actually wants to watch us.
Aren't they already tracking the movements they're interested in via cookies and CCTV?
There's so much electronic data out there, NSA would have to expand to the size of DC to collate it all, probably, and they're mostly watching patterns of traffic, not your phone convo with Aunt Bertha last Thursday.
Okay, now back to trying to find the recipe thread ...
