Sen. Kennedy stumps Biden nominee with basic questions about the Constitution

Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren could not recall what certain parts of US Constitution do

By Chris Pandolfo | Fox News

Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren, of Spokane County Superior Court in Washington State, was nominated by President Biden to serve on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. During her confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Bjelkengren could not answer Kennedy's questions about what different parts of the U.S. Constitution do and how courts might interpret laws.

"Tell me what Article V of the Constitution does," Kennedy instructed Bjelkengren at the beginning of his question time.

"Article V is not coming to mind at the moment," the judge said.

"How about Article II?" Kennedy followed-up, but she was unable to recall the answer.

She's already a judge in Washington state which isn't a surprise the state government is full of radical communists and woke idiots bent on destroying the place.

But…but she’s black and has been disadvantaged her whole life. She can’t be held to the same racist standards such as learning or remembering that her white counterparts are subject to. Being a judge means she needs to hold a gavel and look good in a gown, college most likely taught her how to do that. If not, then reparations are in order.

Who nominated Clarence Thomas?

That guy clearly has absolutely no concept of the American Constitution- specifically the parts of "separation of powers," "Separation of Church And State" and the Bill of Rights.

No concept at all.

(He does, however, seem to have a clear understanding on how the Constitution of post-1979 Iran works, as he apparently seeks to model the American judicial system on it.)

Yet he still sits on the high court.

So, in other words, justice Bjelkengren should do just fine. There have been far, far worse, and more damaging justices in the courts.

Your definition doesn't exist in any dictionary.

I do enjoy how you can't own your own racism without some excuse or change to the word

As one who hates Trump, I would like to remind Rightguide that during the 2016 presidential primary, one of Trump's campaign aides tried to explain the United States Constitution to Trump. Trump's eyes glazed over with indifference and incomprehension.

As President, Trump was asked to read part of the Constitution our loud. Trump had a hard time with it, and complained "It looks like a foreign language."

Trump also said once that the Constitution gives him the power to do whatever he wants to do.

My definition exists in your vocabulary, because that is the way you define racist.
No, it exists in your excuses.

I use the dictionary definition. Always have. You continue to try to find a way to not be a racist.

You are a racist.

Race baiting posts make you look like a stupid asshole. Just so you know.

I suppose you think that proves you're not a racist because you obviously do not expect Blacks to behave and perform as well as whites?
Yes, and I do not make excuses for those people if they don't. What about you? Do you think inferior performance and bad behavior should be accepted from someone simply because he is black?

That is a "Yes" or "No" question. Elaborate on your answer, but I want "Yes" or "Mp" to be part of your answer.

No, I don't. Of course, I don't know anyone who does. I do know people like you tend to ascribe that belief to people like me, but it's nonsense.

"Yes or Mp"?
But seriously, folks...As I said above, I don't know anyone who thinks bad behavior or poor performance should be condoned based on the color of one's skin, and I certainly don't. But I also don't pretend the Civil Rights Act magically undid 350 years of abuse, or that it occurred in a vacuum, like you do.
By your definition I am a racist. Watch me not care. :nana:
If you didn't care, you wouldn't constantly argue the point.

Affirmative action in action
All that matters is the democrats and squeal about what a victory it is to have a black female scotus
Because that does so much for the poor black children with no food, education or hope that dwell in left run ghettos.
This people, is what virtue signaling looks like.
I could hear the cries of joy throughout the poorest neighborhoods when they heard of the moral victory known as removing Aunt Jemima from syrup bottles.

So is your suggestion that Ketanji is not as qualified as Amy?

^^^^^^ Equal parts "grievance porn" and "reverse racism".

A nominee for a US District court should be familiar with the US Constitution. Hopefully this one was or soon will be rejected

No, and where does that happen besides in your fucked up head?

Why the fuck should anyone give you the time of day? You have been here posting the same bullshit for over a year ( under this alt), offering up the same discreted proof and the using the same debunked answers.....FUCK OFF and DIE you lying piece of shit!!
