When I was a kid, if you wanted to make a disparaging remark about someone, you might say that they were known to "go around sniffing girls' bicycle seats". Well, after reading this, I might be tempted to give it a shot, myself.First, spin bikes as a whole are not comfortable.
Second, the cushiony seats are actually less comfortable in the long run. Sometimes it takes a lot of tries to find the right saddle. Some bike shops allow you to try it out and return it until you have one your like. I use the lithia gel and find it super comfy. The open part allows the vagina a place to hang out without getting smashed to pieces.
Third, invest in a GOOD pair of cycling shorts. That is one of the most important things to buy in tems of a comfortable ride. I like Sugoi.
As you get acclimated to being in the saddle , you will be sore at first but it does go away. I can ride about 50 miles before I start getting sore.
Welcome to cycling! I love the air on my face and being in nature. It's fun!

I have seen those. I'm tempted just so I don't have a tan line in the middle of my thigh. Kind of looks funny on the beach in a bikini...or nude photos.![]()
