I'm sure already know if you have a friend that would be a suitable candidate... I'd say let the wife have some "girly time" over some drinks and have her initiate sexy conversation with her and casually work it into a conversation. If she's completely opposed, she's probably less likely to be offended if your wife were to bring it up with her alone than you be involved in the convo.
