My appointment went well he think I have brutcitis (ms) and I got a shot of cort, and a stariod mix to help and it seems to be working my blood work was ok just one change and that was with my coumadin . im doing great

no its beautiful but have to turn heat on in the evening lol down to 40s and high 30s lol 70s and 80s during the day then dropping 40s or more at night shivering tonight lol

Hmm, perhaps my place has better insulation. It is in the 60s during the day and has gotten to the high 30s at night.

I still haven't turned the heat on.. I do make sure the blinds are open when the sun is shining in though. And I am wearing a sweater of sorts during the day.

Still not wearing anything to bed, but I do have a very comfy down comforter.
