Hope you are doing well sweetie!!! It has definitely chilled down where I am. Thinking of turning on the heat! It will be in the 30s overnight!

it is cold here in the 30's here the last two nights turned on my heat today had the chills all day cold and overcast trying to rain right now Im doing ok going to the specialist on tuesday for my shoulder and knees. finally yeaaaaaaaaa

Cool and cloudy here again. It has warmed up to the 50s. I haven't turned the heat on yet. It is 68 degrees in my place and right now I am just making sure I am dressed in a pair of heavy jeans and a sweater.

I am so glad to hear you are going to see the specialist on Tues. I have a doctor's appointment that morning myself. Just a routine followup visit.

I just got home from my routine appointment. He upped one med, but otherwise didn't make any changes. I will see him in about 5 months....

My appointment went well he think I have brutcitis (ms) and I got a shot of cort, and a stariod mix to help and it seems to be working my blood work was ok just one change and that was with my coumadin . im doing great
