Apart from perhaps not using positions you're unable to do comfortably or just don't work well due to her size, there are no techniques that are specific to fat chicks. It's just like the fact that larger women aren't necessarily any easier to seduce or better at giving head than smaller women, in spite of idiots' claims to the contrary.

The key to making any woman feel like a queen in bed is to cater to her needs first. You get your cookie AFTER she gets hers.
The only way you'll know what she likes is to either be very aware of her reactions to your tending OR to have frank conversations with her outside of the bedroom about her likes, dislikes, fantasies (and yours as well ). Only then can you focus on what she likes best. Conversation outside the bedroom leads to conversation inside the bedroom with verbal direction so that you may hone your tendings to suit her needs.
