Headaches...how do you deal? Right now a nice bath and some nice herbal lotions sounds nice....(im a scent oriented person)
and this cold doesnt help either!!

I drink a lot of water, take some ibuprofen and put a cold towel on my face and lie down... usually does the trick for me.
