I do somewhat object to being lumped in with the L&A group however, but your sweeping generalization is, for the most part, accurate, so I forgive you.

I for one, am going to take you at your word, and visualize you as a young woman, with high intellect, raised in a religious environment, who is testing her intellectual and faith based mentality against the worst of the worst and actually doing a rather nice job in baiting the little fishies that rise to the surface and snap at the juicy worm.

I had a pleasant interlude, bouncing five grandchildren around and tempting them with sweets and toys, much to their parents, my sons and daughters, chagrin, but then thas what grampa's do.(written in stone).

I intimated earlier my hesitant expectation that this journey for knowledge you are embarked upon, might be fruitful in discovering some vestiges of veritas as you display your faith for all to assault.

May I suggest a perusal of the 'Objectivist Epistemology', a series of lectures by Ayn Rand that offer a means of understanding what a rational pursuit of knowledge entails.

It is not something to 'believe, as your identified antagonists, the L&A's insist, rather a further exploration of possible logical and rational truths that might add to your ability to search for truth outside faith.

Your mention and criticism of the DSM IV, is on point insofar as abruptly in 1973. homosexuality went from a 'mental disorder', to an 'alternative life style', in the blink of an eye, right about the same time it became legal to murder a child in utero.

Keep up the good work, kid, ya know ya gottem on the ropes when they start lashing out as they are.

Thank you amicus for your fast return. See what just a little truth will do to liberals? They are speechless and turn to trolling. Everybody on the forum notes how dumb their arguments are. Their intellectualism is truly a facade. They complain that I use too big of words for them and pretend they do not know what a troll is. Wait until I pull the Bible out on them. A rational atheist like you will enjoy that lecture but these extremest will cringe.

I am going down to the Christian thread to invite them up to this thread to observe the retreat of liberalism. I just want them to see all these red asses hanging on my cross. The extreme liberals are not mature enough to be left to their own revisions of humanism. After I tare them down, you will be there to shore them up, will you not? Talk to English Lady. She's quite possibly the nicest person on this forum, is deeply religious, and would answer your questions with grace and knowledge.

I simply judge him by his behavior. I am not a newbie at understanding insults whether these be from Og or you. I am happy that you were honest enough to identify with the trolls. It is possible that I have miss judged Og, time will tell. If so, I will be the first to apologize. As you point out, I am a newbie and still learning who to respect. I know these damn trolls are not worthy of anybody's respect. People are what they are and what they do. And freshface that applies to you and me both. Thanks for the heads up on Og and thanks for dropping by.

By the way, if you think what I have posted is really bizarre, outline why and enter the discussion like a gentleman and I will respect you. Otherwise, I will consider you another troll coming to the rescue of his buddies.
