Africans in the diaspora are people of tremedous faith, and strong in spirit....nothing broke that. They could be still on the Continent, in the Carribbean, the US, Oceania, where ever but the thing that is undeniable is that we all still maintain vestiges of our life before bondage. Uncanny isn't it, that I can greet Koori in Oz with a simple tip of the chin and they understand me?
You can see that we have faith in the way we do our hair, the way we dance, even how we talk back at the screen during a movie. Some may deny it but we held onto it.
