it bounces better if i just use my hands. otherwise i just look like i am shivering. i just dont have the bounce. maybe if i lit a candle just under my ass i could help keep me from dropping my ass too low..that way i could work on my bounce. like once i feel the heat raise..lower..raise..repeat.hmmmm....
