I understand a little of your fear and offer my thoughts and prayers. There are some very generous and kind people here, so asking for support here seems like a great place to start. HUGS, I am a pm away if you ever need to vent, have someone just listen or whatever will help you through those times no one around seems enough.
 
feel you've been badly treated by this site - you're a long standing member in need of support from this community and it seems the mods are heartless.. good luck i'll quit this site in recognition of the way you've been treated
 
Thoughts and prayers your way. Breath and look for beauty around you. Make it a daily task to find one thing that is beautiful or kind or wonderful. People in health crisis sometimes forget this. Hugs and be at peace.
 
Tomorrow are the tests. I should know something in a few days. My twin brother has been taking good care of me, even fetching my favorites so he can cheer me up. I will let you know when I know something and i will continue to take care of myself.

I just saw this thread and I wanted to say to you Nite Siren that I just now said a prayer for you, right this very moment...not only for the results to come back with great news , but, also for you to be sheltered with calm and peace as you await ...

How blessed you are to have a twin brother that loves you so...and even more fortunate to have so many people on Lit caring about you...:heart:

I wish I could say today's results were an improvement but honestly, things have gotten even worse. My HGB lvl went down even lower to 7.3. I was also given several other tests. One was to see if my body was attacking my red blood cells and it was positive. Another was an LDH and it was high. My retic count (the rate that you make red blood cells) was abnormally high.

I did do my ultrasound but I have not heard anything back about it yet. I am very worn out but i will be around.
 
First and foremost hugs... many many of them. I know you and your family have to be worried sick and scared over what you are going through right now. The good thing is you have a community of people that all you have to do is reach out and many of us will just listen and offer a kind word if you need it. Prayers have been sent for you, your family and most importantly the doctors to find a strong resolution to get you healthy
