Ask The Beast...

Do you have a green thumb?

What (if any ) do you normally wear for bed?

Do you have someone, M or F, who is fascinated with your history knowledge and can hold their own in a discussion with you?

Do you read much nonfiction? What genre?

Not at all.

Boxers, or less...

I have a few friends and acquaintances in RL that can hold their own with me.

Mostly history. Some Poly Sci

I often wonder why we automatically assume the issues are with our outward appearance, i.e. feeling like a 'monster' when it seems HeavyBalls does not relate it to appearance at all It is about what lies within us, our character, our priorities, our past transgressions, etc.....not our looks. Perhaps I am way off too.

Is there anything you think you can do to feel like less than a 'monster'?

Do you ever think you might be too hard on yourself?

I was unsure hence the "way off" comment, but I saw a post about wanting to be handsome, and with the trolls, gentleman signature and amiable posts, it seemed like it may have pointed towards looks rather than emotions. It's not important now. I hope the beast resolves whatever troubles him.

Beasty we have chatted a little and I think you are a great guy. You are attentive, kind, caring, sensitive, interesting, smart and funny. You have so much to offer somebody. Focus on your good points and let them shine through. They are such great qualities that you shouldn’t bury them down. As for outward appearance, beauty is defined by the person looking at it and many people see the beauty within. 💋

I appreciate all the kind words.

All you're seeing is a somewhat adjusted man dealing with some demons due to historical trauma.

Being locked in an apartment for 16 months didn't help either...

If I am ever NOT OK, I will make sure I seek appropriate aid.

Now lets ask the Beast some questions...

If anyone needs me I'll be in the castle.

Maybe a Belle will kick in the front door and make herself at home.

Okay, I'm going on the premise this is an AMA thread.

What are the most essential tools I need to purchase for a starter "home repair" kit?

Plain, print, or plaid boxers?

Do you believe in UFOs?

What really happened to Flight 19?

Do you routinely use sun block? What spf?

When will everyone finally have advanced earthquake warnings?

Drill, Reciprocating/Jigsaw, hammer (even balpine), pliers, screwdriver and drill bit set.

Plain boxers.

Disoriented commanding officer thought they were west of the Keys, and went east, when he was really over the Atlantic. They all ditched in the ocean.

At least 50. I fry.

When we have enough geophysical data and monitoring stations with satellite up-links. And after pattern recognition determines an early warning sign that can later be proven correct. We've got some time.

<tapping one foot, impatiently>

Still waiting for HB to answer. Inquiring minds want to know about Apple. :D

I was young, and low on funds and didn't want to sink everything I had into something that might have flopped... FUCK!

The Beast has an important question(s) for those that ask so many of me.

Batman or Superman?

Coke or Pepsi?

Turkey, Roast Beef or Roast Pork?

Batman has gadgets, a nice car and access to everyone’s weaknesses. He’s rich. Superman has superpowers. He has a regular job. Still thinking.

Neither. Used to be a Pepsi fan. For health reasons, stopped drinking sodas.

Roast pork. “Pork is a nice sweet meat”—Babe

Comic book, cartoon or movie as best resource when researching a character? (Yes, you have to choose)

You are a Dark Night fan. Which marvel character would be a formidable opponent for him?

One province over you may need to travel. What is your vehicle of choice and why?:
Motorcycle
Sports car
SUV
Truck (flatbed)

What was the farthest you’ve walked to see if you could?

Comic, always comic. Unless we are talking Batman. Then you can look at Batman The Animated Series or anything else in the Timm-verse. Oft regarded as the best overall representation of Batman in general.

Steve Rodgers as a physical rival. Tony Stark or Reed Richards as an intellectual rival.

One province over that's either Manitoba or Quebec... Both are long rides, I'm taking the SUV because I can potentially sleep safely and more comfortably in that.

Never paced out how far I could go, but I have covered over 10 miles in a Day.

Favorite (favourite) season?

Stay at home and work or work in an open spaced office?

Netflix, Disney+, HBOMax, Hulu, etc. Which is your go to clutch app for movies?

Create the ultimate hockey team using the best players for each position whether they’re Canadian or not.

Are you fully vaccinated?

Fall, still warmish, no pollen.

Both, because sometimes it's better to be able to leave the office at the office. Easier when home and office are separate.

Netflix & D+

That hockey team will take me several hours...

Fully vaxed the second I could get it. I have lung issues and I've watched people dying of lung cancer. I promised myself I won't go out gasping for air if I can help it.

Batman or Superman?

Coke or Pepsi?

Turkey, Roast Beef or Roast Pork?

I have issues with both.
Batman has to have help - never been fond of a guy having a wingman but to be fair, he's got fun toys and who wouldn't love to ride in the Bat mobile?
Superman has the whole Kryptonite thing that i hate plus I've never understood the changing in a see-through phone booth-not that you can find one any longer! On the plus side, traveling would be a lot less hassle without airport security.

Neither. I'm a Dr. Pepper girl on the rare occasion I drink a soda. Usually it's water preferably still.

Roast beef, but I do have a weakness for barbecue pork, pulled or ribs, I'm not picky.

Batman.... There is a mystery surrounding him- he is intriguing and dark. Plus, he has tons of awesome gadgets and vehicles.

Pepsi. Sometimes a Cherry Pepsi, but soda-pop only once in a while.

Turkey. Turkey club, turkey, bacon & guacamole; Turkey Rueben... mmmmmm

Superman....has x ray vision...(evil chuckle) Don't need a jet to fly to faraway places on a date.
IF I HAVE to have one or the other...Cherry Coke or Cherry Pepsi. I don't drink much soda anymore in all honesty.
BBQ pork. I make a mean bbq pork. a rare (pink) roast beef comes in a close 2nd however...

That s just mean to make us choose.

I'll have to go with Disney because I'd never hear the end of it from my friends if I didn't

Disney World or Universal?

Universal is cheaper and hotel costs are much less at Universal but Disney World has more attractions and better rides. It depends on what matters most to you. Both takes about 3 days to explore everything.

My choice: Disney World.

What are some other attractions you’re looking forward to in Florida?

Haunted Mansion

The Beasts Answers(to the questions I, Myself posed):

Batman - Batman is THE MAN. He is the most dangerous man on Earth (so sayeth the boy scout himself aka Superman) all because he can take on literal GODS just by using his mind. And is the ONLY person who will take Superman down if needed. And Superman knows this. Yes I am a massive BAT fan... I make no apologies.

Pepsi - for that citrus kick.

All 3, I am a Beast and a carnivore.

Yes Disney World, Space Mountain FTW!!!!

Are you skilled enough in ice skating to teach someone else how?

What’s for lunch today?

Socks (mid shin), footies (ankle socks) or no socks?

Who was the last person you SPOKE to?

Do you get your meats from the butcher, the grocery store or from a friend who has a farm?

Do you own any WWI or II memorabilia?

Jackie Chan or Jet Li?

What would be the best horror flick you’ve seen so far?

Platoon, Saving Private Ryan or The Dirty Dozen?

Spider-Man or Daredevil?
