Lots of things. Two that come to mind right now are running (I miss it) and laying on a beach in a year round warm weather climate.

Sailing. My family. Travel. Beer. Scotch. Good food. Sex. Not necessarily in that order.
Get up. Poop. Shower. Eat. go to work.
Pooping is important. Best advice I was ever given: keep your bowels open and your mouth shut. I'm at 50% there....

no; sadly I work weekends, but my reg. days off are Tues and Wed, so I actually have the 4th off....
