God no! I don't want any more asshat Americans going abroad! We have a shitty enough reputation as it is!!!

I think that people travel because they are open minded...travel can be scary if you aren't open enough to accept and embrace other cultures then you don't want to travel.

Oh my gosh! How much time do you have??? Hahaha...we have the WORST travel experiences...I like to refer to my honeymoon as National Lampoon's Honeymoon - everything that could go wrong went wrong.

That being said, we were flying out of Atlanta on January 2, 2002 (so three months after 9/11) and it had snowed. Now, the busiest airport in America only had TWO de-icers. We sat on the runway for EIGHT hours!! We were lucky ones though and got to actually fly - most used all their fuel waiting on the runway.

Do you have big plans for the 4th of July?

Raw oysters, preferably by the bushel.
I don't know what it is, but the 'ritual' of pulling, shucking, slurping, each oyster....I kinda like. I miss even.
Canada ships out all our best oysters, and puts up barriers to shipping the discards to other provinces, lol.


Ever landed somewhere and in you head....everything FIT!?
