Home Ec in Jr. high. Learned I like to sew & cook, it still is interesting to do both.
Boring was Mr.Smith's Algebra...ugh the guy was just putting in the last few years before cashing in his pension. Could teach a class on how not to teach a class.

College & uni classes never topped either for revelations or boredom.
