Artistic Passions

Want to also say people who may do sculpture, ceramics, or anything creative are free to post their pics here. Much of mine is not on digital as yet so I will just post another of my drawings, though it is only a section of a larger work. I apologise ahead of time if anyone is offended by the scene....it had a purpose in the piece of work I did which may not be as straight forward as some may perceive.

Having a section for artwork. The photography held me over somewhat but it was only a part of me. One of my goals now is to set up my art table again and start my pencil, charcoal, pen and ink work.

I loved the submissions here. This thread is a great idea.

Like minds....I am hoping for an area once this house is finished where I can set my art up and just take it up or leave it as the mood suits. When I have to get it out of cupboards etc., I tend to lose the mood by the time I find everything and get settled.

I draw and such, but lately it has mostly been stained glass and photography.... here's a piece of glass I designed and built.

That's beautiful and something I hope to do in the future. Also would like to try silk dying with oil, china painting and glass etching.

here's a drawing I did a while ago...

Like that too....have you done any sculpting or clay modelling? I did one piece a few years back for an assignment and was told it was more like something an experienced sculpture had done...would love to get back into those area as well.

All the beautiful posts show what a wonderful talent we have here.

I am not artistic at all.

But I appreciate all kinds of art

If you haven't already guessed, my artistic interests is mostly involving electronic music. Most of my works never get completed but if I should find one that fits my fancy I shall post it here. Mastering is an issue that comes as a problem as I can't use speakers and I end up using headphones which are extremely resonant and cause me to lower the synths and sounds in the middle range (between bass and high range).

Anyways, I've started to take up calligraphy once more. Just bought a set of pens and some ink and some paper/ I'll need practice as my stability in my hand is quite a bit rust, however I am still able to deliver an equal ink flow from over the years.

Reading through the posts on the forum it becomes obvious not only do many of us appreciate various art forms, but many also create their own art, professionally or as amateurs. Thought it might be nice to have a place where those who wish to can post their creations so we can all enjoy. I will begin with 2 of mine.

Well since we are on the topic of Artistic expression...

I am a Professional Make-up Artist, here is my submission.

It's so cool to see everyone's non kink selves.

My art has become kinkier as my life has also become kinkier though. This is one of my latest, the rigging and the shot. No, that's not me, although she looks uncannily like me undressed and 10 pounds lighter :)

Yes, the last image may look familiar to some here on Lit.

It was created with my artistic team.

Here is another one,

Great art direction and lighting composition.

Oh and of course, excellent rope work.

Thank you!

It's just me and a lonely tota lite. keeps the naked people warm.

Ohhh yes. Keeping the models warm helps keep the atmosphere relaxed for everyone.

And as you already know, It makes for a Great shot. One for your Book or in a Frame.

Love it and yes, it has grabbed my attention before on Lit. My daughter was thinking at one stage of being a professional make up artist but has now set her heart on forensic entymology....LOL, big shift but one I think she has been headed for since she could walk and began collecting and studying bugs. She also does drawing and doesn't give herself enough credit for her talent. I wish I had pics of some of her very intricate celtic type pieces, but for now will post this one.

Knowing she lurks here at times, perhaps this will encourage her to post some more of her work. :p

Love the pic Netzach, you take beautiful photographs. Please let us know when you release your first book of your work. LOL, strange how our kinkiness infiltrates various parts of our lives. :)

:) Thanks....I will have to remind her she was going to email me some more of her pics. I like the way she has incorporated the vine into the first pic as a restraint. LOL, runs in the family.:p
