Im not giving you the chance to say you're this new buzzword...Independant. If you cant get off the fence, and have non commital issues then I'll consider you a republican.

Im convinced, although I cant fathom why, that there are more republicans here than Democrats.

I dont care why you are what you are.

I just wanna see names.

Republican. I was up for a job and was told I would get it faster if I was Republican. It doesn't matter to me anyway because it's only a label.

Democrat I guess even though I've voted for more than one Republican. Depends on who's running for what.

You can't lump everyone into just two groups.World doesn't run like that. Stupid poll.

I'm a Liberal, but not necessarily a democrat. I've considered voting for more than one republican, the latest was McCain, until he started kissing up to the religious right and went 'crazy base land'.

I'm a registered Democrat. But I've voted for my share of Republicans. I tend to vote based on issues - especially in local elections, and you can't do that if you're strictly voting along party lines.

I dont care who's running for what. You could cut my arm off and I'd never vote for a republican.

Im considering not working for anyone who is a republican, and or pretty much resolved to the fact that Id never date one.

Indepenedent isn't a new buzzword. It is a label for those of us who don't beleive in all the Democrat & Republican "values" & "beliefs".

I am not voting.

ps....stop already.

I'm devastated ...

Each election I look at each office up for vote/proposal/referendum and choose how I'm going to vote for. Sometimes it's a Democrat, sometimes it's a Republican and other times it's another.

There are some offices I have always voted for a Democrat, others I have always for a Republican and others are a mix. That's just the way it worked out.

LOL....so you want to be COMPLETELY isolated from the rest of the world? By making this statement, you are just as "bad" as the Republicans you rally against. Hypocrite.

Its a two party system and anyone who isn't a staunch Democrat or republican can kiss my ass.

I should say its a 2.5 party system because take all you green and indie losers out of the mix and we actually might get some straight talk from politicians instead of this namby pamby fence sitting mom commital bullshit.

That says a lot about you. Except it isn't anything good.

Hmmm, have issues with overspecification? Would it take too much time and effort to consider the issues instead of voting a party line? I registered Dem just so I could vote in a primary to get someone elected but I refuse to be pigeon holed. I'm what the LGM's term an "independent thinker." I suspect there are quite a few of us here.

Well for as much as I loathe republicans , at least they have chosen sides.

I find it hard to believe anyone can be undecided in todays socio-political climate.

Sounds like a bunch of people with their heads in the sand or waiting to see which way the wind blows.

You've had six years to think about it. Shit or get off the pot dude.

I prefer to think about it reasonably often instead of making a one time choice. BTW, not a dude, not even close.

No. Just being OPEN MINDED & picking people based on what they support or don't support rather than belonging to one party or another.

I believe it is your way of thinking that has created the current state we live in.

It has nothing to do with being undecided.

For instance, if I'm voting for a criminal court judge, I want to vote conservative. If I'm voting for a judge to sit in family court, I want to vote liberal.

I voted for a republican governor twice because the issues he was willing to deal with were exactly what I felt the state needed at the time.

It's about basing your decisions on the human beings involved, and what you feel the community needs, and which person will best address those needs.

Right. Me and President Bill Clinton have ruined the world with words and a BJ.

I dare say if there was more talking and more BJ's we'de all be better off, but you guys keep doing what your doing. You're doing a wonderful job.
