Here's one example: I've read that the thing Bill regrets most about his presidency is that he did not intervene to stop the Rwandan genocide. This coming on the heels of the failed mission in Somalia, he just didn't think he had the political capital for another intervention in Africa; but the inaction rankled him long after.

Now, can you imagine Trump losing an hour's sleep over that sort of thing?
