anyoone know this story title?

i'm lookin for a story. i can't seem to find it anywhere. i forgot the title! the basic idea is that a guy has his wife leave him...he goes out and gets drunk w/ his very rich friend that night to ease the pain. they start chattin and laughin and shit. and the rich friend says "man , how great would it be if you were a woman?" they both laugh it off, but the drunker they get, the more seriuos the rich friend gets, saying he'll pay for the surgery and his friend would have the life of a princess..the main character is confused, startled but oddly starts to think of the possibility. the drunk guy ends up givin the main character an orgasm later that night, and the main character agrees to the surgery, etc. hopefully, somebody knows what i'm talkin about. thanx, bye.
