Need to stretch, normally caused by tight calves.

With my shins, yes very. They're very long.

Calf raises and stretching hamstrings/calf muscles reduces shin splints a lot. I haven't had them for years now and run most days.

I used to love running but when I tried to get back into it I kept getting injured. I think my legs are too dialled into cycling now.

I think it something to do with bobbies looking younger but I'm not 100% sure on that.
